I was born and raised in sunny Jamaica, then immigrated to the frigid arctic of Canada, and throughout it all has maintained that my favourite weather is thunderstorms and my favourite season is Spring.

I’m a lover of superhero media (DC Comics is my frenemy), animated shows, and stories where I can root for the loveable side character or the unfavourable half of a love triangle.

As an author, I tell stories about Black girls being themselves, unapologetically, and being loved, wholeheartedly. Additionally, I write about magic, platonic soulmates, found families, and the occasional bloodlust.

As a person, I spend my days rewatching my favourite shows, over-analyzing lyrics, and being a general nuisance to my loved ones.
